- Summary plan description (for review by legal counsel)
- Reimbursement schedule customized to your payroll dates
- Annual IRS Series 5500 government forms
- Section 125/129 Non-Discrimination testing (FSA plans)
- Section 105 Non-Discrimination testing (HRA plans)
In the event of a failed test, we charge $150.00 per hour for additional testing.
