Participant Account Access and Customer Service

Acclaim Benefits offers a dynamic account portal Web site and Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system that can be accessed quickly and easily 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We also provide participants with a customer service e-mail address for electronic questions and comments.

The account portal Web site is accessed with a Participant ID number or SSN and requires a PIN for confidentiality.

Interactive Voice Response System (IVR):  1.800.333.3724

Available toll-free, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

This system allows FSA and HRA participants to monitor their accounts and initiate transactions from a touch-tone telephone or speak with a knowledgeable Customer Service Representative.

Some of the transactional capabilities include:

  • Account Information
    • Current balance
    • Year-to-date contributions
    • Annual election
  • Status of a Claim
    • Last two claims submitted
    • Date of most recent reimbursement check
    • Next two claim deadline dates
  • Request Forms

The IVR is accessed through a toll-free phone number and requires a PIN for confidentiality. Callers may opt out of the IVR to speak with a Customer Service Representative during regular business hours (see below).

Employers may choose to conduct enrollment for spending accounts and transportation through our IVR system and Web site.

Personal Customer Service

Callers may speak with one of our dedicated Customer Service Representatives during regular business hours (Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Central Time). We use AT&T’s Language Line to assist non-English-speaking callers.

Continuation and Retiree Help Line

Acclaim Benefits maintains a toll-free telephone number for your continuees and retirees so they can conveniently inquire about any aspect of their continuation program by telephone. Our representatives are dedicated to providing assistance to these individuals to help them understand any of the following:

  • Services available
  • Premium payment details
  • Premium increases
  • Open enrollment
  • Duration of coverage availability
  • Conversion options
